how do i put in a scale break?

I have a question about histograms in Excel 2003. I want to be able to
but a scale break (jagged symbol) on graphs of data that do not start
at zero. Any help would be appreciated.

Why hasn't anyone responded to my question? I am using Excel 2003 and
would like to find out if there is a way to put a scale break (zig-zag
or jagged symbol) in histograms and barcharts, so that people will
know that the scale does not begin at zero. I would greatly appreciate
it if someone would be kind enough to respond to my question.
