how do i put my main page up on my domain ??

Do you have a web host? A domain? Have they got everything set up for you
to publish your web to the space?

Also, make sure you have actually created a web. Start with File >> New >>
Web and then File >> New >> Page to add pages.

After you meety the criteria Tom pointed out, assuming you are hosted with a
site that offers the FPSE (FrontPage Server Extensions) you can then go to
File >> Publish Web to publish to your server.
