how do i put photos from phone onto my computer

i have a nokia 5300 phone and i am trying to put photos onto my computer, so
that i can send them over the net. could someone please help in plain english

What phone software are you using from nokia? Perhaps click the Help
button in it. This isn't a feature of Microsoft Office, so the there
isn't any related Help that can be offered.

Install the Nokia PC Suite that should have been supplied with your Phone
Then if you still have problems see Nokia Forums for support

I'm not familiar with the phone but doesn't it use a memory card to store
pics on?
