How do I re-format a document as a questionnaire?

I have a letter that I should re-format into "proper questionnaire".
I use the 2003 version of Office.
Can anyone tell me how can I do this?

Edit | Replace

In the "Find what:" box, type a period.

In the "Replace With:" box, type a question mark.

Click the button labeled "Replace All".



Now all of your statements are questions.
