How do I (re) instal office assistant?

i hid office assistant. now that i need to use it, i need C:\MSOCache\All
Users\90000409-6000-11d3-8cfe-0150048383c9\cs561404.cab. i cant find it on
my hard drive, nor on the Office 2003 disk.
