how do I re-install office xp onto my new pc?

I have a new computer and wish to re-install office xp.The product code
recognises my old computer and won't install to my new one.

If your copy of Office XP came preinstalled on your old computer by the
computer manufacturer, then your Office XP End User License Agreement
probably does not allow you to install the software on any other
computer, so you will need to purchase a new copy of Office for your new
computer.
