How do I re-order the series in a chart animation?

I'm trying to get my 3-D bar chart to animate from back to front instead of
front to back.

front to back.

I don't think this is possible. Even if you expand the animation in the task
pane, you can't reorder it using the Re-Order options at the bottom, and
drag-and-drop also doesn't work.

I think you're gonna have to ungroup the chart (Draw/Ungroup -- do it twice
if you're using PPT 2002 or 2003) and animate the individual
series/categories/datapoints.
