How do I reactivate Office product key after reinstalling Windows

My error message is "You have not entered a valid product key" but Microsoft
tells me that the code is valid. I recently upgraded my memory and
reinstalled Windows XP. Now I cannot use any Office functions. Any advice?

Double check the information you're entering. Several of the digits are
often confused with others.
