how do I read a OneNote 2007 file into OneNote 2003

I've just installed OneNote 2003 SP3 onto my laptop that is still using
Win-XP, but found out the file I'm trying to open is from OneNote 2007. Is
there a conversion tool from 2007 to 2003 format?

Download the ON2007 Trial and open it with that.

There's no 2007 to 2003 conversion tool.
