how do I rearrange the page order in a multipage word document

I have a document that has 23 pages, I want to rearrange the page order, for
example I want to turn page 10 into page 17. I am able to move the pages
around in acrobat but not in word. Thank you in advanced for your help!

Hi Yolanda,

At the most basic level, cut & paste should work. What you have to keep in
mind, though, is that Word works with paragraphs, not pages. If your
paragraphs cross page boundaries, you'll have to break the paragraphs at the
appropriate point. And, if you've got section breaks, headers and footers to
consider, things could quickly get complicated.

As an alternative, you might consider simply re-numbering the pages and
printing them (or converting to pdf) in the order you require.
