How do I receive disks for Office that was pre-installed?

I got a computer that I configured with Office 2007 (Home and Student). I
ordered physical copies of the software for backup purposes, and I never
received them. I have been looking around the Microsoft website, and haven't
found a good way to contact anyone and let them know that I never got the
disks. I've been billed for them already, and I'd really like to have the
backup.

Thanks.

Thanks. I had previously looked through that page and found nothing that
seemed appropriate for my question. I'm not having a problem with the
software or anything, and it has nothing to do with the computer
manufacturer. I was hoping to get something a little more specific to the
question.

Hi Jen,

Although closed until Monday in the U.S. for the Thanksgiving holiday the MS order desk is (800) 360-7561.

As the backup CD orders are processed through a 3rd party the MS Order Status website may not work, but you may want to try using
the order status page at
http://status.microsoft.upgrade.com

You can also send an email from this Office contact page
http://support.microsoft.com/gp/ContactOffice?sd=offc

The delivery lead time for the Office backup disks (http://microsoft.com/office/backup) is a month.

Thanks for this. I will send a call or e-mail to check on it. I ordered
just over a month ago, and I received notice that it had shipped probably a
couple of weeks ago. It's not terribly delayed based on that, but enough
that I was starting to get concerned. Again, I appreciate the assistance.
