How do I record/embed a track from a CD to play during my entire .

I am preparing a slide presentation and would like to us music from a CD to
play during the presentation (69 slides). I would like to embed the file so I
can send it via email to family and friends. So far I have NOT be able to
get it to work. I can use all the help I can get. Many thanks.
