how do i record my home expenses on daily basis

i am trying to keep detailed record of daily expenses for my home, i searched
all excel templates but unfortunately i did find any. i would really
appreciate you help to find such form.
i think the following fields would be very helpful
date, amount, description and should be linked with the monthly buget form
to show you where you stand.
