Hi everyone!
I'm trying to recover some emails I deleted some months ago. I use
Windows XP, and MS Outlook 2002.
As I said, some months ago I moved several emails (some were a year
old, so I can't recover them from my email account's web server) that
were in my Inbox and my Sent folder to the Deleted Items folder. Then
I emptied the Deleted Items folder. Now I realize I need some of those
emails, and I'm trying to find a way to get them back.
In MS Outlook 2002 one can't go to the files menu (at least I think
it's that menu) and choose restore files. This is possible in other MS
Outlook versions.
I have two pst files. One is called archieve.pst. That one I can
import to Outlook, and I can read those emails. However, the other pst
file is even bigger, but when I import it I can't find any new email.
Why is that, and how should I do to recover my lost email? I mean, the
data must be stored somewhere on my computer's hard drive, right?
If someone can answer this I'd be very greatful!
