How do I recover deleted records in an Access database?

A client has deleted 3000 records from their contact database, and has no
recent backup. Can the records be recovered?

No, very unfortunately. Back up, back up and back up. Unless the computer is
immediately powered off, there is maybe a chance to have data recovery
specialist to find these data from the hard drive.
