How do I refer to the tab name in a cell formula in Excel?

I'd like to refer to a tab name automatically in a cell formula, just like
you can autoinsert it as in the page header. Is this possible?

The following formula will return the tab name.

=MID(CELL("filename",A1),FIND("]",CELL("filename",A1))+1,32)
