how do i refresh a pivot with new data

I've created a pivot table and use it as a template for any adhoc request. To
refresh the pivot for new data, I used ctrl+shift+right arrow shortcut keys.
In Excel 2003 it seems I cannot do that and have to either use the mouse to
select the new data or find out first the latest row and type the number in
the pivot wizard range.

Is there any quicker and more efficient way to refresh a new data in PT?

Sounds like you need to create a dynamic range name for your pivot table so
when you add data the range name will find it.
