How do I register Access 97

I need to re-install a Microsoft Office 97 Professional Edition that I bought
long time ago. The installation went OK in an old computer that I have still
running in Microsoft 2000. All the applications installed run OK, except
Access, which is the application that I need. When I try to run it, it tells
me that Access cannot start because there is not a license in this machine.
What this message means and how do I correct the problem.
