how do i register my office 97 with out reloading and screwing up

i found my old office 97 boot up disk and key codes. but i have already up
dated and down loaded 03 office so how do i register with my old key or do i
have to spend another $150 to be able to keep what i have already bought?

Normally there's no problem with having both versions. The exceptions are if
your Office 97 was an Upgrade version (which means that a qualifying product
must exist on the machine before the Upgrade can be installed) or if Office
2003 was an Upgrade version and you used Office 97 as the qualifying product
for it (in which case you can't legally install both versions)

If you tried to install Access 97 and received an error message along the
lines of "There Is No License", that's a common problem usually caused by,
of all things, a font. Check http://support.microsoft.com/?id=141373 for
