I had to do a complete restore of my computer because in Windows XP when I
used the restore feature it wiped out my windows office xp applications. Well
to make a long story short I contacted microsoft and they told me to do a
complet destructive restore. I have tried to reinstall my office xp cd and
I'm receiving all kinds of error messages. I have cleaned my cd and have
tried everything. Can anyone help, I am almost through with college and I
need these programs for my term papers. I have my disc for Windows Office XP
2002 with my software license but can't seem to program it. Is there anyway
microsft can help me. I think my disc is damaged because all other discs
work. I have even tried to make a copy of the cd and it will only record 82%
of the disc.
