How do I reinstall Buisness Contact Manager? (Uninstalled-now ge.

After installing Buisness Contact Manager computer was restored to an earlier
restore point. Now cannot install the software; get error message "Setup
failed to configure the server." Any ideas on how to get past this and
re-install the software?
