How do I reinstall Spamnet removed by Outlook

Outlook removed Cloudmarks Spamnet when it had a problem yesterday. I have
rechecked the box for Cloudmark in the COM addins, even uninstalled and
reinstalled Cloudmark, but it will not come up. How do I correct this?
