how do I reinstall the print driver for MS office document writer

I have been using the facility to print to my laptop using the document
writer for some time. I have just discovered this printer has gone from my
list of printers and I don't know how!
After searching this site, I saw a warning about not removing the print
driver and, though I cannot think how I have inadvertantly done so, I must
find a way to get it back.
Help!

I have just spotted an earlier message which did not get picked up in the
first search.
Have followed instructions and hey presto! The printer is back.
