how do i reinstall word ?

How do I reinstall word if I can not find my little book with the code on it.
There must be a record of me purchasing it somewhere??? Anyone know?

If you have an OEM version of Word or Office that was preinstalled by your
computer's manufacturer, then you will have to contact your computer's
