How do I remove a watermark from PowerPoint 2003?

Can any one tell me how to remove a watermark from the background of a
PowerPoint presentaion? I have the 2003 version.

Sarah,
Most probably the watermark is in the master, go to View - Master - Slide
master. Select your watermark if possible and delete. If you cannot select
it go to Format - Background - click on the list arrow choose the white
swatch first swatch on the row of colors.
