How do I remove an activeX error when tring to create a form.

I am using Microsoft access 2002 on XP Pro I get and error stating that
ActiveX can't create the form using the wizard, I can however use the design
veiw. What can I try to fix the problem? I have already uninstalled and
restarted and then reinstalled that didn't help
