How do i remove an inbox of an account i have already removed?

I have several email accounts. I put each email account's inbox in Outlook
Today. Then i remove some of the accounts but the inboxes are still there.
How do i remove them?

Have you tried "Customize Outlook Today"?
Select the "Choose Folders" button.

i cant unsellect the folders i originaly sellected because the account is

Have you tried the Detect and Repair feature under Help? If that doesn't work
you can do a registry edit, if you are familiar with that. Below is the
registry key to edit which folders are displayed in Outlook Today. I don't
want to put you off, but you assume the risk when you do any registry change.
Good idea to do a backup and restore point just in case.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Today\Folders]

i did detect nd repair it did work coz "detedt and repair only fix office's
program infomation not my account infomations and settings.. i tried editing
reg. i found a duplicate value:) i hope it solved;)

Outlook data file...got it (for future reference). I'm so glad you were able
to solve the issue. But now I'm curious about two things:
1. Does Outlook now function completely correctly?
2. Did it create a new data file? (Presumably with the correct information)

yes it did function properly (although bit slow though ith http mail servers
- i guess its normal). What i deleted was all the outlook data files and i
entered al my data again,of course outlook had to create a new one
