How do I remove deleted database file names when opening Access 20

There's usually no need to do so. They don't "do" anything, and don't make you
open them; just click on the one you want.

To do so, though, select Tools... Options... General and set the "Recently
Used File List" dropdown to 0. Close and open the database and reset it to
whatever you want.
