I have created and deleted folders and shortcuts for filing messages, tasks
and so on. However, the names of the folders stay in the drop-down menu list
in Organize by Folders. When I try to add a message to a deleted folder, I
get an error message, and am told to restart Outlook. Doesn't work.
Restarting the computer doesn't work.
The folders are gone from the Outlook Shortcuts bar, and from the Outlook
list of Personal Folders. but they persist, although unusable, in the
drop-down menu list.
