How do I remove duplicate appointments and holidays afer synching.

Since I synch my PDA with both work and home, I asked that the appointments
on my PDA be combined. However, when I did this, all my appointments and
holidays on my desktop were duplicated except for those that were unique.
How do I remove the duplicates without having to do so individually?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
