How do I remove glass glare with Office picture manager?

I've taken a picture with a digital camera, loaded onto my computer and now
have terrible glass glare. Is there a way to edit this with Picture Manager?

No, and even if you used an image editing tool you would have to
recreate manually the picture contents in that area. Since you have a
digital camera, you may want to "proof" your shots before you decide you
have the picture you want, and stop taking pictures.
