How do I remove office 2000

After I remove office 2000 from my windows xp and then reboot, it's listed
again in Add/Remove Programs. This is only true for my username (admin
rights) but office 200 is not listed for all other users.
1. I have tried removal utilities
2. windows cleanup utility
None has worked, please help
