How do I remove Speech in word? So I can Reinstall.

Word 2002... Speech... I lost speech in the background of my desktop. I can
see it for a brief second when I start windows. Unable to retieve to get to
options. Need to uninstall it, possibility of even trying to use registry.
Maybe even tell me the execute file *.exe . If there is another way I would
like to know. I use the program many times. Hoping for help. Thanks.
