How do I remove text from a picture, i.e date and time?

I want to remove the date and time from a picture without disturbing the rest
of the picture. How do I do this?

You need to use an image editor such as Adobe Photoshop or elements,
Microsoft Digital Image Pro, Serif Photoplus that has tools for doing what
you want to accomplish.
