how do I remove the "group by" box above the Inbox window?

I don't know if it's been around forever or if I'm just noticing it now - but
I want to remove that box to give me room for 2 more lines in the Inbox
window. There's a box with the words " Drag a column header here to group by
that column". I don't want that box there! Help!

Sorry. I knew that.

Windows XP, Office 2003, all updates are automatic, so I have latest -
Outlook SP3
XP SP3 build 2600

no error message.

Did you try right-clicking the header line and deselecting "Group By Box"?

Thanks for that Brian - I don't have 2003 and I was waiting for someone
to say something like that!

I had tried clicking, right-clicking and finally found it the same way it got
turned on. Finally foud the answer accidentally. It's not right-clicking on
the box, it's right-clicking on the column headers.
