How do I remove the security setting for .doc attachments?

I have just set up Outlook Express and every message I get sent as an
attachments is removed. It displays the folloing message when I open the
email......OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your
mail. The attachments are only word documents, so they should not be
removed. Any help would be appreciated!!! Many Thanks
