How do I remove the text formatting in the <body> tag of statione.

Outlook adds this tag:
<BODY style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: #000000; FONT-FAMILY: Arial;
BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffff" bgColor=#ffffff background="">
that is <body bgcolor="#FFFFFF"> in my stationery file to my emails. It's
overriding the css that is specified and cannot see my reverse text because
of it.
How do I get rid of that automatic formatting that Outlook adds?
