How do I remove Windovs Mail as standard for e-mail?

Hi, I cannot use Outlook 2007 as standard since Vista is suggesting that
Windows Mail is standard. How can I remove Windovs Mail?

Go into OL2007 and configure the option to make it the default e-mail
client. Close OL2007. Go into Internet Options -> Programs and set
OL2007 as the default e-mail client.
