In Word, try going to Tools > AutoCorrect options. Remove the word there,
and check that the other options are as you would like them to be. Note
that you can undo an auto-correct by pressing Ctrl + Z (or clicking Edit >
Undo, or using the Undo button on the toolbar).
This newsgroup is for discussions about Microsoft Access, a relational
database program, so you would do best to post further questions in a
newsgroup dedicated to your particular program. When you do so, include the
version information (Word 2003, etc.).
