how do I remover internet explorer7 update and return to 6

I loaded Explorer 7 update and now find that users of this unit do not want
it on the system. I was assured tht I could remove it and return to Explorer
6 through Add/Remove Programs but this Explorer program does not come up when
I use that method. I cannot even remove it by restoring my computer because
it has not been picked up as a change. What do I do now?

This is not a Microsoft Office issue - suggest you repost to a group for your version of Windows or perhaps an Internet Explorer group.
