First off... you need to realize that these newsgroups are staffed by
volunteers, who are not telepathic and who cannot see your computer.
Secondly, you have to realize that Microsoft sells a whole lot of different
programs. One of them, Microsoft Access, is a database program, and is the
subject of this newsgroup.
Please figure out what EMail software you are using (you'll need to look at
the screen, probably in the blue bar at the top); and scroll down the list of
subjects and find a newsgroup for that program.
Then ask your question in a way that someone who you have never met, and who
cannot see your computer, might have a chance of answering.
