How do I rename outlook accounts that show in the drop down box w.

I have several email accounts with Cox that I have Outlook keep track of.
When I create an email, I'm not sure which account is pop.central.cox.net(3)
and which one is pop.central.cox.net(4). I would like to rename these.

Diane Poremsky [MVP]

tools, accounts, view or change accounts... select the account and choose
change, then more settings. Change the name of the account on the first tab.
