How do I rename the references, A,B,C with any text/alphanumeric

Sir, I want to rename the references i.e. A,B,C, and so on (Columns) with any
text or alphanumerics, in Excel 2000 worksheets, plz suggest me. My Mail ID
is "[email protected]" - Rgds, Md.Siddique.

you can assign each column a Named Range. You can then use these Names in
your formulae.
