how do I repair a bad office installation (damaged disc)

I recently tried to re-install microsoft office to my computer. the disc was
damaged, so certain parts of office could not be installed. i kept pressing
"ignore" when the alert window came up. some features do not function
properly now. can I repair this?

I have a question regarding the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. The
beginning statement kinda scares me...."Continuing further will make
permanent changes to your system." Is there a possibility my operating
system i.e registry will be screwed up somehow? I need to use the cleanup
utility to remove Adobe Reader....I'm hesitating to use it because of the
above. Thank you for any assurances you can give me.
