how do i repeat the first row on every page automatically?

I have a table with a list of usernames and passwords, the list has like 10
pages, but when i print the list I only see the first row where it says
USERNAMES - PASSWRODS on the first page. I need to see the same first row
(USER NAMES AND PASSWORDS) on every page, how do I do excelt to do it
automatically? how can I repeat this first row on every page (after every
page break?

Per The MS Help File:

"Print row and column labels on every page

-To print column labels on every page, under Print titles in the Rows
to repeat at top box, enter the rows that contain the column labels,
and then click Print.
-To print row labels on every page, under Print titles in the Columns
to repeat at left box, enter the columns that contain the row labels,
and then click Print."

These options are found under File>Page Setup> Select the "Sheet" tab.

If you also just want to be able to see them on your screen as you work
with the file, you could use Freeze Panes under the Window menu.
Simply select the row underneath the row(s) you want frozen, select
Window>Freeze Panes.
