How do I replace header text on 2,3,4, etc.pages in newsletter template?

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel I am using a Microsoft newsletter template to create a newsletter. I have been able to replace all of the placeholder text in the text boxes, and the images in the template, but I have only been able to edit the header text on the first page of the document. The text I have in the header on the first page does not flow through to the following pages, nor can I edit the header placeholder text on the following pages to enter the text in on each page.

How can I edit the header text on the rest of the pages of my newsletter?

Was the newsletter generated as a Publishing Layout View document? If so,
you have to edit the Headers & Footers in the Master Pages ‹ click the tab
in the lower right corner of the document window.

If that isn't the solution you'll need to supply more descriptive info about
which of the literally thousands of templates you used as well as how you're
attempting to edit the Headers/Footers & exactly what it is that prevents
you from doing so.
