How do I replace the dotted line between pages with a literal pag.

I need to submit a paper to school with each page showing up as an individual
page rather than pages tied together with a dotted line between them.

How do I format it to have actual page breaks?

This is an urgent request, my paper is due tonight! Thanks!

These *are* actual page breaks. Perhaps all you need to do is switch to
Print Layout view?
