What kind of assistance are you looking for? This newsgroup is devoted
to discussion of Microsoft Access, the database program. If you're
looking for some sort of Word document template for requesting a
transfer, you may be able to find one at the Microsoft Office template
site: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/default.aspx .

Failing that, I fail to see how you could expect anyone here to help you
with your company's internal affairs.

As you've probably gathered from other replies, this isn't an appropriate
forum for such a question. I will offer one small piece of advice, though.
If you want to be an office assistant, you need to break the habit of typing
in block capitals ASAP.

a useable e-mail address at the URL above.
