How do i resend a msg w/o going through the forwarding option?

im just trying to resend some msgs that were previously delayed but as of yet
haven't been delivered. Any help would be much appreciated.

Are they still in your Outbox? If so, open each, remove the delayed sending
option, and click Send.

open the item from the sent folder and choose actions, resend?
