How do I reset default to open documents in Office 2003, not 2007

I did something recently so that when I select a document from my Recent
Document list, it opens in Office 2007 (which came with my HP computer as a
60 day trial). I have Office 2003 installed and want to always be using that
version as that is what my co-workers use

Uninstalling the trial would be the thing to do.
